Floss more often. Easy to do: just keep strips of floss in a pocket; and use everytime you use the bathroom
Consume fermented foods: miso, (plain) yoghurt, Kimchi, etc
Exercise : Just about 20 minutes every other day: Peak Fitness method of a 50% longer exercise time of 30 seconds of maximum effort followed by less recovery of only 90 seconds for a total of eight repetitions.
Avoid (heavily) processed food: white sugar, flour, etc.
